Yes, you can attach files in the chat box in the conversation, or in the session summary ahead of the session. The file must not exceed 24MB.

Troubleshooting and slow internet may cause slow and breaking consultations. Make sure that you have a speedy internet in the room you are in.

We understand that circumstances are sometimes beyond our control, in Advice you can change the date of the session after payment, and the client can change the appointment time 24 hours before the session as a maximum. However, you cannot refund the money after paying.
You may cancel the session and refund your money before 24 hours of the session time. Amount is nonrefundable after 24 hours. Note that it takes up to 7 working days to get your money back.

No one can cancel the session; the Advisor can reschedule your session 24 hour before the session.
